Some tools can now create a voice from a text description. Even when yours cannot, the same details help: who is speaking, how they sound and what the scene is. Check each tool’s terms before using a voice commercially, and never imitate a real person without their permission.
Describe a custom voice
A warm, calm female narrator in her forties, clear diction, medium pace, friendly and reassuring, like an audiobook for a gentle mystery.
Change one trait at a time (age, pace, warmth) to hear its effect.
Energetic ad read
An upbeat male voice with a bright tone and quick pace, smiling as he speaks, for a 15-second product ad.
Calm meditation guide
A soft, slow, breathy voice with long pauses between sentences, soothing and steady, for a five-minute guided relaxation.
Script for natural speech
Hi, thanks for calling. [pause] I can help with that. Let me check, one moment.
Short sentences, contractions and small pauses sound more natural than long formal sentences. Spell out numbers and abbreviations the way you want them spoken.
Direct the delivery
Read this line quietly, as if sharing a secret: "You are going to love what comes next."
